Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

We provide Google Ads management services specifically tailored to plumbing businesses. Our services include account setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign management, and performance optimization.

2. Payment Terms

A one-time onboarding fee of $400 is due before services begin.
Monthly management fee of $250 is charged on the 1st of each month.
Ad spend is billed separately through your Google Ads account.

We recommend $30–$50 per day.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Contract and Cancellation

We require a 6-month service commitment.
After 6 months, service continues month-to-month unless canceled with 14 days’ notice.
Early termination of the 6-month agreement may result in a cancellation fee equal to one month of service.

4. Lead Gaurentees

We don’t guarantee a specific number of leads, but we do guarantee our hustle. If no leads come in during the first month, your onboarding fee may be waived per our “Try Before You Buy” offer.

5. Client Responsiblities

Provide access to your Google Ads account (or let us create one).
Answer our onboarding questions and attend a 30-minute kickoff call.
Review and approve major ad changes or strategy pivots when needed.

6. Results & Liability

We aim to drive real results, but digital ad performance can vary based on competition, budget, and market conditions. We’re not liable for loss of revenue or business during campaigns.

7. Intellectual Property

Ad copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies we create remain the property of Octu Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
